摘 要:仔貂哺乳期腹泻发病广、死亡率高,是困扰养貂业的重点难题。本研究拟对腹泻仔貂使用3种药物处理,探索不同处理方法对哺乳期仔貂腹泻的治疗效果。试验将对第二次检查(翻窝)后发现的腹泻或黏性仔貂随机分成5组,一组为空白组不加任何处理,试验组仔貂用消毒剂(聚维酮碘)清洗并分为4组,分别为对照试验组、饲喂抗应激制剂组(复合酶+电解多维)、饲喂抗病毒制剂组(病毒灵+板蓝根提取物)及注射抗生素组,观察记录每组仔貂存活数、每天的治愈率,计算仔貂死亡率以及月平均增重。结果表明:在本试验条件下,消毒剂清洗可显著提高仔貂腹泻治愈率,进一步用含适量的抗病毒制剂的代乳料和含抗应激制剂的代乳料可提高治疗效果或降低死亡率。Diarrhea of suckling kids is a major problem in mink industry because of its high morbidi-ty and mortality.In this study,three medicines were used to treat suckling kids suffered from diarrhea to explore the therapeutic effects of different treatments on diarrhea in ill kids.Mink kits suffered from diarrhea during suckling period after the second checking were randomly divided into 5 groups,one group was control and other four were experimental groups.Animals in the four groups were washed with disinfectant(povidone iodine),and 3 groups were further treated with anti-stress(complex enzyme+electrolytic multidimensional),antivirus(virus spirit+isatidis root extract)and antibiotics.The survival rate,effective rate of each day after treatments,and the average daily weight gain of each group were observed.The results showed that under the conditions of this test,disinfectant cleaning could significantly improve the cure rate of diarrhea in mink kids,and further treatments with suitable amount of milk substitute containing anti-stress and antiviral preparation could improve the therapeutic effect or reduce the mortality rate.
