摘　　要：目的探讨饮食日记联合微信随访对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法将该院2018年3月—2019年3月间收治的106例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=53)以及对照组(n=53)。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上采取饮食日记联合微信随访,比较两组患者血糖控制以及自我管理能力情况。结果干预前,两组患者2 hPBG、FPG、HbA1c水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过干预,研究组2 hPBG、FPG、HbA1c水平均要低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,研究组自我管理能力评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过干预,研究组自我管理能力评分要高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗期间通过应用饮食日记联合微信随访能够起到辅助治疗作用,进一步控制患者血糖水平。Objective To investigate the effect of diet diary combined with WeChat follow-up on blood glucose in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 106 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were taken as the research objects and randomly divided into a study group(n=53)and a control group(n=53).The control group was given routine nursing care,and the research group was followed by dietary diary and WeChat follow-up to compare the blood glucose control and self-management ability of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the levels of 2 hPBG,FPG,and HbA1c were not statistically significant different between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After intervention,the levels of 2 hPBG,FPG,and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the score of the self-management ability of the study group was not statistically significant different from that of the control group(P>0.05);after the intervention,the score of the self-management ability of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of gestational diabetic patients,dietary diary combined with WeChat follow-up can play an adjuvant treatment and further control the blood glucose level of patients.
