摘　　要：目的探讨载脂蛋白在糖尿病患者中表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2017年11月—2018年11月该院收治的51例糖尿病患者和同期进行健康体检的60名健康人作为研究对象,以全自动生化分析仪测定患者血清甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)水平,比较两组研究对象上述指标水平。结果相比于对照组,观察组研究对象TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著升高,HDL-C水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组研究对象ApoA1、ApoA1/ApoB显著降低,ApoB水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论载脂蛋白ApoA1、ApoB可用于糖尿病的早期诊断,应用价值高。Objective To explore the expression level and clinical significance of apolipoprotein in patients with diabetes.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,51 patients with diabetes and 60 healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the research objects.The patients'serum triglyceride(TG),Total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1),and apolipoprotein B(ApoB)levels were compared between the two groups of subjects of the above indicator levels.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly increased,and the levels of HDL-C were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group studied subjects ApoA1,ApoA1/ApoB significantly decreased,and ApoB levels increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Apolipoproteins ApoA1 and ApoB can be used for the early diagnosis of diabetes.
