肛周脓肿合并糖尿病46例围手术期护理满意度评价

摘　　要：目的探究肛周脓肿并糖尿病患者围术期护理干预的价值。方法将2018年1月—2019年10月46例肛周脓肿并糖尿病患者,通过单双号编号法,进行随机分组,其中对照组患者,在围手术期,给予其常规护理,而实验组患者,则在围术期,实施综合护理,分析两组肛周脓肿并糖尿病患者,其术后各项指标、并发症发生情况以及患者的护理满意的差异性。结果实验组肛周脓肿并糖尿病患者术后VAS疼痛评分、空腹血糖、愈合时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率,相比较对照组,更低(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意率为95.65%,高于对照组护理总满意率69.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛周脓肿并糖尿病患者接受有效围术期护理,可增加其对护理服务的满意度,减少并发症的发生率,促进其预后的改善。Objective To explore the value of perioperative nursing intervention for patients with perianal abscess and diabetes.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,46 patients with perianal abscess and diabetes were randomly divided into groups according to the single and double numbering method.Among the patients in the control group,they were given routine care during the perioperative period,while the patients in the experimental group were given routine care.During the perioperative period,comprehensive nursing was performed to analyze the differences in postoperative indicators,complications,and patient satisfaction between the 2 groups of patients with perianal abscess and diabetes.Results The postoperative VAS pain score,fasting blood glucose,healing time,and hospital stay of patients with perianal abscess and diabetes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was more significant lower(P<0.05);the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 95.65%,which was higher than the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group by 69.57%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with perianal abscess and diabetic patients receiving effective perioperative nursing can increase their satisfaction with nursing services,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their prognosis.
