封闭负压引流术治疗糖尿病足感染的个性化护理探究

摘　　要：目的探究封闭负压引流术治疗糖尿病足感染的护理策略,着重分析个性化护理的成效。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月两年间来该院治疗糖尿病足感染的患者50例作为研究对象,按照护理方式不同随机分为观察组(个性化护理)和对照组(常规护理),各25例,比较两组患者治疗前后的心理状态、血糖变化以及对护理之后的满意情况。结果在心理状态比较中,治疗前所有患者都产生了一定的焦虑与抑郁,经过护理工作之后,两组患者的心理问题都明显有了改善,同时采用个性化护理的观察组患者评分下降程度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血糖比较中,治疗之后对照组显示为(7.8±2.2)mmol/L,观察组更低为(6.7±2.3)mmol/L,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度上,观察组的满意度为92%,明显高于对照组的76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在应用封闭负压引流术治疗糖尿病足感染患者的过程中结合个性化护理,能有效改善患者的心理状态,提高患者的护理满意度,同时可以使患者的血糖得到控制,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the nursing strategy of closed negative pressure drainage for the treatment of diabetic foot infection,and to analyze the effectiveness of personalized nursing.Methods Fifty patients who had been treated for diabetic foot infection in the hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group(personalized care)and control group(routine care)according to different nursing methods.For each of the 25 patients,the psychological status,blood glucose changes,and satisfaction with care were compared between the two groups.Results In the comparison of mental state,all patients had some anxiety and depression before treatment.After the nursing work,the psychological problems of the two groups of patients were significantly improved.At the same time,the scores of patients in the observation group who adopted personalized nursing decreased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of blood glucose,the control group showed(7.8±2.2)mmol/L after treatment,and the observation group was even lower(6.7±2.3)mmol/L,and the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of the observation group was 92%,which was significantly higher than 76%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot infection combined with personalized nursing can effectively improve the patient's psychological state,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,and can control the patient's blood glucose,which has clinical application value.
