摘　　要：安全是人们生产、生活及生存的前提条件,随着社会的不断发展,人们对企业安全管理提出了新的要求,本文对酿酒企业大安全管理的必要性和管理措施进行了分析,从食品安全、生产安全、消防安全以及职业健康安全等方面对酿酒企业的大安全管理实践进行探讨。Safety is the prerequisite for people’s production,life and survival.With the continuous progress of social development,new requirements are put forward for enterprise safety management.This paper analyzes the necessity and management measures of large-scale safety management of wine making enterprises,and probes into the aspects of food safety,production safety,fire safety and occupational health and safety in large-scale safety management of wine making enterprises Beg.
