摘  要:模板是挤压造粒机的重要组成部分,其运行效果直接影响着挤压造粒机的运行稳定性与安全性。目前,聚丙烯装置的清洁生产与经济效益要求必须开发更多的新牌号产品以应对发展需求,而对应不同特性的产品,模板的平稳运行情况是一个重要因素。本文主要探究挤压造粒机模板堵孔现象,对大量产品采样并分析各个因素对模孔的影响,通过对温度等生产工艺进行调整,进而使模板无论是在转产或生产波动等条件下都保持在一个较稳定的水平。Template is an important part of the squeezing granulator,and its operation effect directly affects the operation stability and security of squeezing granulator.At present,the cleaner production and economic benefits of polypropylene plants require the development of more new brand products to meet the development needs,and for the products with different characteristics,the smooth operation of the template is an important factor.This research focuses on the template plugging holes of squeezing granulator.A large amount of products are sampled and analyzed,and the influence of various factors on the mold hole is analyzed.By adjusting temperature and other aspects of the production process,the template is kept at a relatively stable level in terms of production transition or production fluctuation.
