摘　　要：目的探究中医药治疗勃起功能障碍方剂的用药规律,分析其治疗过程的分子作用机制和药效物质基础。方法应用中医药整合药理学研究平台v2.0,挖掘《中药成方制剂》中治疗男科勃起功能障碍疾病的方剂,获取疾病治疗的核心药物,分析其化学成方、靶标,进行Gene ontology(GO)富集分析和生物通路分析。结果中药治疗勃起功能障碍方剂中核心药物有13种;药物靶标分子作用主要有氧化还原酶的激活、药物绑定、催化活性等;中药-疾病核心蛋白相互作用网络在体内主要参与复合生物合成、PKA激活、腺苷酸环化酶激活途径等生物过程。结论揭示了中药方剂治疗勃起功能障碍核心药物的活性成分、靶点及网络,阐明了中药药物在治疗勃起功能障碍疾病的分子作用机制。Objective To explore the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treating erectile dysfunction,and to analyze the molecular mechanism and pharmacodynamic substance basis of the treatment process.Methods Applying Integrative Pharmacology-based Research Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCMIP v2.0,mining the prescriptions for treatment of erectile dysfunction in"Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulations",obtaining the core drugs for disease treatment,analyzing their chemical formulas and targets,and performing Gene ontology enrichment and biological pathways.Results There are 13 kinds of core drugs in the prescription of Chinese medicine for impotence;Drug targets mainly play molecular roles such as oxidoreductase activity,drug binding,catalytic activity;The traditional Chinese medicine-disease core protein interaction network mainly produces complex diseases in vivo through biological processes such as complex I biosynthesis,PKA activation,and Adenylate cyclase activating pathway.Conclusion This paper reveals the active ingredient target and network of Chinese traditional medicine prescription in treating erectile dysfunction from different aspects of drug component target pathway-disease,and explains the molecular mechanism of Chinese traditional medicine in treating erectile dysfunction.
