摘  要:文章基于双重差分模型和倾向得分匹配方法,运用旅游企业上市公司的平衡面板数据,分析旅游业有法可依后旅游企业经营绩效的影响及变化。结果发现:有法可依对旅游企业的经营绩效具有显著的促进作用,酒店业和旅行社的经营绩效得到改善,但对旅游景区经营绩效的影响不大。有法可依不仅能约束旅游经营者的行为,同时还能促进旅游企业经营效益的提高和旅游行业的健康发展。Based on difference-in-difference(DID) model and propensity score matching method, this paper uses the balanced panel data of listed tourism companies to analyze the influence and changes of the operating performance of tourism companies after the tourism industry has laws to abide by. The results show that having laws to follow can significantly promote the operating performance of tourism enterprises, and that the operating performance of hotel industry and travel agency has been improved, but it has little influence on the operating performance of tourist attractions. Thus it can be seen that having laws to follow can not only restrain the behavior of tourism operators, but also promote the improvement of operating efficiency of tourism enterprises and their healthy development.
