摘  要:目的研究渭南市白水县植物群落种间关联性,为白水县的药用植物栽培提供依据。方法应用χ^2检验、联结系数AC、Jaccard关联指数、Ochiai指数、Dice指数等方法研究了渭南市白水县植物群落的种间关系,分析了3种乔木共3个物种对、4种灌木共6个物种对、17种草本植物共136个物种对的种间关系。结果3种乔木组成3个物种对,1个正关联(ad-bc>0)和2个负关联(ad-bc<0);4种灌木组成6个物种对,2个正关联和4个负关联,其中极显著正关联和负关联各1个;17种草本植物组成的136个物种对,46个正关联,占总物种对个数的33.82%,其中极显著正关联(χ^2>6.635)的有5个;显著正关联(3.841<χ^2<6.635)的有3个。90个物种对负关联,占总物种对个数的66.18%,其中极显著负关联(χ^2>6.635)有7个,占负关联总对数的7.78%,显著负关联(3.841<χ^2<6.635)有17对,占负关联总对数的18.89%。3种乔木组成的3个物种对中,1个AC值小于-0.6;4种灌木组成的6个物种对中2个AC值小于-0.6;17种草本组成的136个物种对中AC值小于-0.6的个数为0;有11对的AC值大于0.6。正关联中,JI、OI、DI值越大,关联性越强。本研究中乔木、灌木、草本植物的JI、OI、DI值均偏小;负关联中,JI、OI、DI值越小,关联性越强,本研究中乔木、灌木、草本植物JI、OI、DI值接近于0。结论根据结果分析得出,白水县的植物群落负关联性较强,说明这些植物在生长过程中存在较强的竞争关系,且83.3%为药用植物,在栽培种植时,这些植物应合理布局。Objective To explore the interspecific correlation of the plant communities in Baishui County, Weinan City in order to provide the basis for the cultivation of medicinal plants in Baishui county. Method The interspecific relationships among plant communities in Baishui County of Weinan city were studied by means of χ^2 test, association coefficient AC, Jaccard association index, Ochiai index and Dice index. The interspecific relationships among 3 species in 3 kinds of arbors, 6 species in 4 kinds of shrubs and 136 species in 17 kinds of herbaceous plants were analyzed. Result Three kinds of arbors formed three species, 1 positive association(AD-BC >0) and 2 negative association(AD-BC <0). 6 species were formed by 4 shrubs, 2 were positively correlated and 4 were negatively correlated, among which 1 was significantly positively correlated and 1 was negatively correlated.There were 136 species pairs composed of 17 herbaceous species, and 46 species were positively correlated, accounting for 33.82% of the total number of species, among which 5 were significantly positively correlated(2 >6.635).There were 3 significant positive associations(3.841< 2< 6.635). 90 species had a negative association, accounting for 66.18% of the total number of species, among which 7 had a very significant negative association(2>6.635), accounting for 7.78% of the total number of negative association pairs, and 17 had a significant negative association(3.841< 2< 6.635), accounting for 18.89% of the total number of negative association pairs. Among the 3 species which were composed of 3 trees, 1 AC value was less than-0.6. AC value of 2 among the 6 species pairs composed of 4 shrubs was less than-0.6. Among the 136 species pairs composed of 17 herbs, the number of pairs with AC value less than-0.6 was 0. There are 11 pairs of AC greater than 0.6.
