摘　　要：文章以"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五个维度为出发点,构建了测度我国"五大发展理念"的统计指标体系,综合评价了2008-2017年我国"五大发展理念"的实施情况。结果显示:我国"五大发展理念"实施效果显著,且在逐年增加;创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念正处于稳步实施的状态;创新产出、资源消耗、贸易开放度和经济成果这四个一级指标对测度我国"五大发展理念"实施情况的贡献度最大。This paper starts from the five dimensions of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing to construct a statistical index system measuring China’s Five Development Concepts, and then comprehensively evaluates the implementation of the Five development Concepts in China from 2008 to 2017. The results show that the implementation effect of China’s Five Development Concepts is significant and increasing year by year, that the development concept of innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing is being steadily implemented, and that innovation output, resource consumption, trade openness and economic outcomes are the four first-level indicators that contribute most to the implementation of China’s Five Development Concepts.
