摘  要:当前国内氯碱行业的氯气干燥装置均采用硫酸干燥法。氯气干燥后产生的质量分数为75%的稀硫酸,最高时溶解1.3 mg/m^3左右的游离氯,处理8000 t/a稀硫酸,每年将产生处置费用480000元。对比分析4种稀硫酸脱氯技术,说明真空脱氯法处理稀硫酸,具有技术成熟、工艺设备先进、能耗水平低的优点。采用该方案将稀硫酸脱氯后,供ADC缩合、黏胶纤维酸浴及pH调节剂等多用户,实现固体废弃物资源化、无害化,变废为宝。每年可增加经济效益81.4万元,降低企业在处理固体废物过程中的安全、环保风险。At present,all chlorine gas is dried by sulfuric acid drying method in China*s chlor-alkali industry.Dilute sulfuric acid of mass fraction 75%is produced after chlorine gas is dried,and contains dissolved free chlorine up to about 1.3 mg/m^3.The cost of treating 8000 t/a of the dilute sulfuric acid will be CNY 480000 per year.Four technologies for dilute sulfuric acid dechlorination are compared and analyzed.Vacuum dechlorination process has the advantages of mature technology,advanced process equipment,and low energy consumption.After the dilute sulfuric acid is dechlorinated by the vacuum process,it can be used for ADC condensation,viscose fiber acid bath,pH regulator and other users.As a result,the aims of recycling solid waste as harmless resource and turning it into wealth are realized.The annual economic benefit can be increased by CNY 814000.The risk of safety and environmental protection in the process of solid waste treatment can be reduced.
