片碱生产中缩短泄漏降膜管检修时间的方法

摘　　要：在70%碱液通过最终浓缩器与熔盐换热过程中,若降膜管泄漏,则熔盐进入熔融碱中,使片碱主含量不合格,必须停车处理泄漏的降膜管。停车处理时间直接影响片碱的产量。在成品分离器的人孔上安装观察孔后,缩短了停车时间,相应增加了片碱产量,达到了预期效果。In the process of heat exchange between 70%caustic soda solution and molten salt in the final concentrator,if the falling film tube leaks,the molten salt will enter the molten caustic soda.As a result,the flake caustic soda is unqualified,and it is necessary to stop running and deal with the leaked falling film pipe.The time to stop running and to deal with directly affects the production of flake caustic soda.After a sight glass is installed in the manhole of the finished product separator,the time is shortened,the production of flake alkali is increased,and the expected effect is achieved.
