摘  要:在片碱生产中,受高温、高浓度碱的腐蚀,设备、管线使用寿命短,且这些设备、管线采用纯镍材质,价格昂贵,造成片碱生产成本居高不下。为降低设备的腐蚀速率,节约片碱生产成本,研发了一种镍基合金材质,将其代替纯镍后,收到了较好的效果。In the production of flake caustic soda,the service life of equipment and pipeline was short due to the corrosion of high temperature and high concentration caustic soda.And these equipment and pipelines were made of pure nickel,which was expensive,resulting in high production cost of flake caustic soda.In order to reduce the corrosion rate of equipment and save the production cost of flake caustic soda,a kind of nickel-based alloy material was developed and replaced pure nickel with good results.
