摘  要:为了研究1100 kV气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备在雷电—工频联合加压试验过程中由短时燃弧引发的壳体暂态电位升高的电位分布情况,文中采用导体传输线理论对雷电—工频联合加压试验回路各组成部分以集中或分布参数等效,特别地将壳体绝缘法兰等效成串联电容,建立了试验回路的暂态模型并进行仿真。将仿真计算结果与试验数据进行对比,验证了模型的准确性;分析了1100 kV GIS试验回路壳体暂态电位分布规律并且对接地线型式和接地方式进行了合理选择,最终证实铜箔接地对暂态电压幅值和频率的抑制具有良好效果。To study potential distribution of 1100 kV gas insulated switchgear after short arc ignition which leads to transient enclosure potential rise under lightning impulse and power frequency combined withstand voltage,each component of test loop will be equivalent to be centralized or distributed parameters for the research adopts the transmission line theory.Especially insulating flange should be considered to be series capacitor,so that the whole transient model can be established.The computed result of the simulation model is compared with the test data to verify the accuracy of the model establishment,and gain the distribution law of transient enclosure voltage in the test loop as well as choose the type of grounding line and grounding mode properly.Finally the research confirmed the superior performance of copper foil grounding to suppress amplitude and frequency of transient voltage.
