摘  要:回路电阻测试是高压断路器检修工作的重要环节,文中结合一起瓷柱式断路器回路电阻超标的实例进行分析。通过对断路器进行解体检查,发现灭弧室动、静触头接触部位正常,在接线座与法兰导电接触面存在积水与锈蚀现象。根据法兰结构建立了等效电路模型,计算分析了法兰导电接触面间积水、锈蚀等因素对断路器回路电阻的影响规律,研究发现法兰导电接触面间积水是导致回路电阻超标的一种原因,应用法兰结构的等效电路模型能够较好的解释断路器回路电阻测量结果。文中研究结果可为该类断路器回路电阻超标问题提供计算和分析支撑,具有一定的借鉴意义。Loop resistance measurement is an important part of the maintenance work for the high voltage circuit breaker.In this paper,an abnormal increase of loop resistance for porcelain post circuit breaker has been analyzed.Through the disassembly inspection of the circuit breaker,it has been found that the contact parts of the moving and fixed contacts of the arc extinguishing chamber are normal,and there is water accumulation and corrosion on the conductive contact surface between the terminal block and the flange.According to the flange structure,the equivalent circuit model is established,and the influence of flange water accumulation between conductive contact surfaces,corrosion on the loop resistance of the circuit breaker has been computed and analyzed.It is found that the flange water accumulation is one reason for the abnormal increase of loop resistance.The measurement results of loop resistance can be well explained by the equivalent circuit model.The research in this paper can provide computation and analysis support for this kind of loop resistance abnormal increase problem.
