摘  要:文中针对一起特高压气体绝缘金属封闭开关(GIS)设备的局放异常缺陷进行了由大到小、由外及内的逐步排查与分析,指出绝缘支撑筒内部气隙是本次GIS设备局放异常的根本原因。为了避免同类缺陷的再次发生,结合本次局放异常案例分析,对GIS设备绝缘件生产、质检和现场运维环节的注意事项、预防及处理措施提出建议。An abnormal partial discharge in a UHV GIS was presented in this paper.It was found by outside-in inspection and analysis that an air gap defect of the insulated support tube results in the abnormal phenomenon.The prevention and treatment measures during different processes of GIS were discussed with case analysis,such as the production,quality inspection and operating maintenance processes.Some suggestions were then proposed in order to avoid the recurrences of similar defects.
