摘 要:采用红外成像仪、内窥镜等无损检测方法对宛平城墙进行现场勘测,确定宛平城墙的病害类型和规模。针对城墙出现的裂缝、缺损、空鼓病害,分别确定3种修复材料配方,对其流动性、收缩性、力学性能及耐久性能进行测试,从而筛选出与城墙原材料相匹配,适合宛平城墙修复的补缝材料、补缺材料和灌浆材料。试验结果显示,在28 d的养护条件下,碳纳米管改性的补缝石灰材料可满足修复要求,而人造水硬性石灰和天然水硬性石灰分别在灌浆和补缺修复中表现出较好的性能。To determine the type and scale of the disease in Wanping City Wall, infrared imager, endoscope and other non-destructive testing methods were used to conduct on-site survey in the Wanping City Wall, Beijing. Observation on the cracks, defects, and hollow in the city wall, three types of repairing materials were chosen, and their fluidity, shrinkage, mechanical properties and durabi-lity were tested. The test results show that under the curing condition of 28 days, the carbon nanotube modified jointed lime material can meet the crack repair requirements, while the artificial hydraulic lime and natural hydraulic lime show better performance in grouting and filling repair respectively.
