摘  要:提出了一款基于半模基片集成波导谐振器的三频交叉缝隙背腔天线。通过在腔体表面刻蚀缝隙,激励了TE110、TE210和TE310模式,产生了三个通带。同时,通过改变特定参数,三个通带的中心频率可被调节,其中第一和第三通带可通过移动相应的缝隙被独立调节。三个频段相对带宽的测试结果分别为2.14%(2.77~2.83 GHz)、2.90%(4.76~4.90 GHz)和1.80%(6.56~6.68 GHz)。在2.9、4.8和6.4 GHz处增益的测试结果分别为3.25、4.86和6.04 dBi,在三个频段均具有良好的辐射特性。A tunable triple-band crossed-slot cavity backed antenna based on half-mode substrate integrated waveguide resonator was proposed. By etching the slots on the surface of the cavity,multiple resonances generate three bands based on TE110,TE210 and TE310 modes. Meantime,the center frequencies of three bands can be tuned,moreover,the first and third bands are independently tunable by moving the corresponding slots. The measured relative bandwidths of the three bands are 2.14%(2.77~2.83 GHz),2.90%(4.76~4.90 GHz)and 1.80%(6.56~6.68 GHz)respectively. The measured gains are 3.25,4.86 and 6.04 dBi at 2.9,4.8 and 6.4 GHz respectively. In the operating range,three bands all have good radiation characteristics.
