摘  要:通过影响系数法对比分析了分别采用蒸汽等效参数的理想气体和真实湿蒸汽模型时汽轮机低压末级动叶的颤振特性结果。通过与基于行波模型的非定常计算结果对比,验证了影响系数法的有效性。结果表明:两种蒸汽模型下的颤振特性曲线整体变化规律一致,湿蒸汽模型下的极限气动阻尼比相对理想气体模型结果较为乐观,分布存在偏移。通过对局部特性进行研究,发现蒸汽模型对振动直接诱导的压力扰动影响不大,但会显著影响扰动的传播,这导致了气动阻尼的偏差。The flutter characteristics of final stage rotor blades of the steam turbine under low pressure are analyzed by the influence coefficient method when the ideal gas and the real wet steam model are adopted,respectively.The validity of the influence coefficient method is verified by comparing with the unsteady calculation results based on the traveling wave model.The results show that the global variation of aerodynamic damping curve is consistent under both steam models,and the ultimate aerodynamic damping under the wet steam model is more optimistic than that under the ideal gas one,and the distribution is offset.Through the study of local characteristics,it is found that the steam model has little effect on the pressure disturbance induced by vibration directly,but it will significantly affect the propagation of the disturbance,which leads to the deviation of aerodynamic damping.
