摘　　要：话语共同体具有语言性与文化性的双重特征。基于国际影响力视野的对外传播话语共同体体现了话语主体在世界政治格局中的地位,以及其为实现某种政治理念或政治目标而对语言进行的特殊语义设定与阐释。在当代中国对外传播话语实践中,人类命运共同体为核心的话语体系不仅强调对中国特色社会主义现状及实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的认知,而且突出反映中国为促进人类整体文明发展的思想、观念和态度,以及由此所构成的语言表达路径、方式和形式,体现了实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦与国际社会共同价值的有效转化,能够在实践中消除长期以来中国对外话语被外界认为只是"中国例外"宣传工具的刻板印象。Discourse community has both linguistic and cultural characteristics. From the perspective of international influence, international communication discourse community reflects both the status of the discourse subject in the world political pattern and its special semantic setting together with interpretation to achieve a certain political goal. In contemporary China’s practice of external communication discourse, this discourse system with a community of common destiny for all mankind as the core not only emphasizes the recognition of the current situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation, but also highlights China’s thoughts, concepts and attitude on the promotion of overall development of human civilization, and the paths, manners and forms of language expression constructed thereby, reflecting the effective transformation of the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the common values of the international community. In addition, the long-held stereotype of regarding China’s external communication discourse as propaganda tools for "China is an exception" can be eliminated in the practice of today’s external communication discourse system.
