摘  要:本文选取某型发动机涡轮叶片各部位检测方法进行了介绍,该型发动机涡轮叶片叶身为无余量精铸背弯结构,叶片无叶冠,由榫头、缘板和叶身组成,叶身型面分布着多排气膜冷却孔和一排铸造劈逢孔,盖板和叶身一次铸造完成,并就涡轮叶片各部位不同的检测方法存在的优缺点进行了简述。A certain type of engine turbine blades were selected. The detection methods were introduced. The engine turbine blades consist of no machining allowance precision casting/to back structure, leaf reflectance, composed of squeeze head, green board and leaf area, leaf area distributed the more exhaust type surface film cooling holes and a row of casting splitting hole, one time casting of cover plate and blade body. The each part of the turbine blade existing advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods were presented.
