摘 要:本文基于多次泛音、宽频耗散型石英晶体微天平技术,首次检测了2,4-D作用于模式植物烟草BY-2细胞下细胞壁与细胞骨架粘弹性的动态变化规律。结果表明,0.5 mg·L-12,4-D处理下烟草BY-2细胞壁与细胞骨架均变软,在光学显微镜下观察到细胞内物质运输变快。此外,比较了不同浓度(0.1~10 mg·L-1)2,4-D对BY-2细胞粘弹性的影响,在1 mg·L-12,4-D处理下BY-2细胞的粘弹性变化最明显。Based on the technique of multiple overtones and wide frequency quartz crystal microbalance with dissipating monitoring(QCM-D),the dynamic changes in viscoelasticity of cell wall and cytoskeleton of model plant tobacco BY-2 cells under the treatments of 2,4-D were monitored for the first time.The results showed that 0.5 mg·L-12,4-D softened both the cell wall and cytoskeleton of tobacco BY-2,and the transport of intracellular material became faster as observed under the light microscope.In addition,the effects of different concentrations(0.1–10 mg·L-1)of 2,4-D on the viscoelasticity of BY-2 cells were compared,and the results showed that viscoelastic change was most obvious at the concentration of 1 mg·L-12,4-D.
