摘 要:提出了一种经济有效的无源光网络平滑升级方案。广播信号采用PolSK直接调制在ASK调制的下行单播信号上,上行信号通过再调制方式调制到下行光载波上实现透明ONU;升级PON的下行单播信号采用曼彻斯特编码来抑制其他低频分量,可以减少其对共存的广播信号和上行信号的干扰;仿真和实验证明,所有信号在25km内实现极低误码传输(BER≤10-9)。方案可以实现升级PON与现存PON的共存,同时实现了透明ONU和附加广播功能,实现了高带宽利用率并降低了运营维护成本。An economic and effective smooth upgrade scheme of passive optical network is proposed:Broadcast signal with PolSK modulation is superimposed on ASK modulated downstream unicast signal.And colorless ONU is achieved by upstream remodulation.The downlink unicast signal of the PON applies Manchester code to suppress its low frequency component,reducing the induced crosstalk to the coexistingbroadcast signal and uplink signal.The scheme is simulated and experimentally demonstrated that all signals achieve very lowerrortransmission(BER≤10-9)over 25 km.A future PON scheme capable of coexistence with legacy PON,broadcast service and colorless ONU is proposed to cost-effectively achieve high bandwidth utilization and high rate of passive optical networks.
