摘 要:采用粒径为200~300 nm的纳米二氧化硅(Nano-SiO2)作为填料,制备了聚氨酯/纳米二氧化硅(PU/Nano-SiO2)复合材料。利用透射电镜(TEM)观察了Nano-SiO2的微观结构,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、力学性能测试、线性膨胀系数测试和阻尼系数测试分析研究了PU/Nano-SiO2复合材料的形貌、力学性能和阻尼吸声特征。结果表明:Nano-SiO2粒子使复合材料的孔径减小,孔径分布更为均匀;随着Nano-SiO2用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度显著升高;复合材料的线性膨胀系数及阻尼吸声系数随着Nano-SiO2用量的增加而增大,当SiO2的用量为5份时,复合材料的吸声系数达到90%,阻尼效果改善较为明显。Using nano-silica(Nano-SiO2)with a particle size of 200~300 nm as a filler,a polyurethane/nano-silica(PU/Nano-SiO2)composite material was prepared.The microstructure of Nano-SiO2 was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM),and the morphology and mechanical properties of PU/Nano-SiO2 composite were studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM),mechanical property test,linear expansion coefficient test and damping coefficient test analysis And damped sound absorption features.The results show that Nano-SiO2 particles reduces the pore size of the composite and the pore size distribution is more uniform;with the increase in the amount of Nano-SiO2,the tensile strength of the composite is significantly improved;the linear expansion coefficient of the composite and the damping.The acoustic coefficient also increases with the amount of Nano-SiO2.When the amount of SiO2 is 5 phr,the sound absorption coefficient of the composite material reaches 90%,and the improvement of the damping effect is more obvious.
