摘  要:以生物质海藻为碳源,采用微波合成法,制备出了海藻碳量子点(SCDs)。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、紫外可见分光光度计以及荧光分光光度计对SCDs进行表征。将SCDs作为抗菌剂应用于电缆护层级软聚氯乙烯塑料(PVCs)中得到SCDs-PVCs,当添加量为0.6~1.0份时,PVCs的抗菌率达到90%以上。经抗菌实验后,SCDs-PVCs的力学性能和电绝缘性能参数下降幅度非常小。同时,加入SCDs的PVCs,其流变曲线与未添加SCDs基本吻合。Using biomass algae as carbon source,seaweed carbon quantum dots(SCDs)were synthesized by microwave synthesis.The structures and optical properties of the obtained SCDs were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer,ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy.SCDs-PVCs were obtained by using SCDs as an antimicrobial agent in soft polyvinyl chloride plastics(PVCs)for cable sheath.When the dosage of SCDs was 0.6~1.0 phr,the antimicrobial rate of PVCs reached more than 90%.After the antimicrobial test,the mechanical and electrical insulation properties of SCDs-PVCs decreased very little.At the same time,the rheological curves of PVCs with SCDs basically coincide with those without SCDs.
