摘  要:基于质量线法提出了一种塑料挤出机刚体惯性参数的识别模型,通过具体算例验证了模型计算刚体惯性参数的有效性,利用有限元软件求解了算例的频率响应函数,比较了质量线法与理论计算结果的误差。仿真结果表明:刚体模态和弹性模态之间存在较长的质量线频带范围,质量线法计算刚体惯性参数的最大误差为0.4%,验证了质量线法计算塑料挤出机惯性参数的有效性。Based on the mass line method,a model for identifying rigid body inertia parameters of a plastic extruder is proposed.The validity of the model to calculate rigid body inertia parameters is verified by a specific example.The frequency response function of the example is solved using finite element software,and the quality is compared.The error between the linear method and the theoretical calculation result.The simulation results show that there is a longer mass line frequency range between the rigid body mode and the elastic mode,and the maximum error of the mass line method to calculate the rigid body inertia parameters is 0.4%,which verifies the effectiveness of the mass line method to calculate the inertia parameters of the plastic extruder.
