摘  要:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定饲料中铅含量时,消解是影响测定结果准确性的关键步骤。试验采用干灰化法、微波消解法、硝酸-高氯酸石墨炉消解法和盐酸溶解法4种消解方法处理2种饲料标准物质测定铅元素含量。结果表明,在4种消化方法下,2种标准物质测定结果均在标准值不确定范围内,其中硝酸-高氯酸石墨炉消解法测定结果相对其他消解方法显著偏高(P<0.01),盐酸溶解法测定结果相对其他方法显著偏低(P<0.01),干灰化法和微波消解法测定结果没有显著性差异。使用4种前处理方法测定饲料中铅含量各有利弊,在实际检测过程中应根据样品具体情况和检测需求合理选择消化方法。The determination of lead in feeds by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is a committed step that affects the accuracy of the determination results.In the paper,dry ashing,microwave digestion,nitric acid-perchlorate graphite furnace digestion and hydrochloric acid dissolution were used to treat two kinds of feeds standard substances to determination of lead content.The results showed that the test values of Pb in four digestion methods were all in the control limit,the results of nitric acid-perchlorate graphite furnace digestion method were significantly higher than those of other digestion methods(P<0.01),and the results of hydrochloric acid dissolution method were significantly lower than those of other methods(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between dry ashing and microwave digestion.Different pretreatment methods have their own advantages and disadvantages.In the actual testing process,according to the samples and requirements to choose the appropriate digestion method.
