小型平模饲料制粒机的设计与试验研究

摘　　要：为小型养殖户生产颗粒鱼饲料,设计并制造了平模制粒机,其部件根据强度和刚度设计。文章介绍其主要组成及工作原理,根据强度和刚度理论计算其主要参数,构造其工作部件。以2个速度水平和3个含水率条件下进行测试,含水率为25%,模具速度分别为497 r/min和718 r/min时,生产率最高可达34.8、38.8 kg/h。该机器操作简单方便,可以供中小型农户根据农业副产品定制饲料,降低农户外购饲料成本。A flat mold pelletizer was designed and manufactured for the production of granules fish feed for small farmers.The components are designed for strength and stiffness.The paper introduces its main composition and working principle,calculates its main parameters according to the strength and stiffness theory,and constructs its working parts.When the water content is 25%,and the mold speed is 497 r/min and 718 r/min respectively,the highest productivity is 34.8,38.8 kg/h.The machine is simple and convenient to operate.It can be used by small and medium-sized farmers to customize feed according to agricultural by-products and reduce the cost of purchasing feed.
