从热毒、血燥、血瘀、血虚论治银屑病

摘　　要：银屑病的病机演变较复杂,主要表现为热毒、血燥、血瘀、血虚等四个方面。银屑病发病时热毒在前,热毒滋生内燥(血燥),血燥炼液伤津而致血瘀,瘀阻血脉,血行不畅,久病入络,伤及正气,因瘀致虚(血虚);银屑病的发生发展与演变为一慢性病理过程,其证型演变为血热证(热毒炽盛)、血燥证(燥热津伤)、血瘀证(瘀阻脉络)、血虚证(久病正虚);临床治疗可根据银屑病不同证候阶段所表现的热毒、血燥、血瘀、血虚的不同进行辨证治疗,以清热解毒、滋阴润燥、化瘀通络、养血和血为主要治法。The development process of psoriasis was complicated and mainly manifested as heat toxin,blood dryness,blood stasis,and blood deficiency.The disease of psoriasis has the fundamental pathogenesis of heat toxin.With the development of the disease of psoriasis,heat toxin develops into internal dryness(blood dryness),blood dryness consumes body fluid and then develops into blood stasis,the stagnated blood obstructs the vessels and causes the unsmooth blood circulation,and the long-term blood stasis injures the healthy qi and results into blood deficiency.The occurrence and development of psoriasis are characterized by the pathological process of chronic disease,and experience the syndrome types of heat toxin(abundance of heat toxin),blood dryness(dryness and heat injuring body fluid),blood stasis(blood stasis obstructing vessels and meridians),and blood deficiency(chronic disease causing deficiency of healthy qi).Treatment of psoriasis should be based on the syndrome differentiation of heat toxin,blood dryness,blood stasis,and blood deficiency,and therapies of clearing heat and removing toxin,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,resolving stasis and unblocking meridians,and nourishing blood and regulating blood can be used respectively.
