摘  要:执行行为是产品作用于其作业对象或外在环境的一个或多个对外行为。对机械产品的执行行为进行相似性评估可以为产品的设计开发,特别是对基于现有产品的可变功能再设计提供有益支持。本文将执行行为分解为"动作+载体",对动作进行分类,根据动作属性比较其相似度;将载体分为静载体和动载体,通过比较载体属性进行相似度的计算。再根据相似要素建立相似元,利用层次分析法确定不同相似元对执行行为的权重,提出相似度的量化计算公式,为机械产品的可变功能再设计提供设计依据。最后以榨汁机、豆浆机及家用料理机为例,验证所提出方法的可行性。Execution behavior refers to the one or more external behaviors, which act on the product’s working object or external environment. The similarity evaluation of the execution behavior of mechanical products is of valuable help to product design and development, especially to the redesign for functional adaptability based on existing products. In this paper, the execution behavior is decomposed into "action + carrier". For the action aspect of behavior, the behavior actions are classified first, and their similarities are evaluated according to the action attributes. For the carrier aspect, the behavior carrier is divided into either stationary or movable, with which the respective carrier attributes are compared. To facilitate similarity calculation, the so-called similarity elements are established. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method is employed to determine the weight of different similarity elements. A quantitative calculation formula of similarity is proposed to provide design basis for redesign of adaptable-function product design. Finally, three products, including a juicer, a soybean milk machine and a cooker, are taken as examples to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
