摘 要:根据工程实例,对一后缘UD存在贯穿性褶皱缺陷的某兆瓦级大尺寸风电叶片进行了静强度试验和疲劳试验验证,根据试验结果,缺陷叶片通过了静强度试验验证,但在疲劳试验验证阶段出现了发白、分层,证明了褶皱对叶片疲劳性能的影响更大。针对发白、分层区域,制定了打磨和修补方案,并通过了疲劳试验验证,证明了修补方案的可靠性,为叶片的缺陷修补提供了参考。With reference to the engineering case,the penetrating wrinkles of the trailing UD for a megawatt large-scale wind turbine blade was verified by the static test and the fatigue test.According to the test results,the defective blade had passed the static test.But there were some show whitening and delamination in the fatigue test.It was proved that wrinkles have greater influence on fatigue properties of the blade.The repair method for the defective area was made and verified by the fatigue test.It was proved that the repair method was reliable.It provides a engineering reference for the defect repair of the blade.
