摘 要:为解决复杂产品设计过程中信息交互冗余、集中串行求解效率低的问题,在深入研究复杂产品任务分解机理和网络化协同设计通讯机制的基础上,提出了一种基于Message信息模块的分布式并行驱动求解的协同设计方法。分析了网络空间、时序的异构机理和多用户动态数据的提交方法,构建了基于MCSSMW的面向多用户的参数化协同设计过程模型。结合大型复杂铸造起重机结构相似度高的特点,利用参数化设计技术,开发了面向多用户的铸造起重机参数化协同设计系统。以小车架设计过程为例验证了所提方法的有效性。In order to solve the problem that the interaction and redundancy of information and low solving efficiency of centralized serial in the designing process of complex products,a distributed parallel driven collaborative design method based on message information module is put forward on the basis of deeply studying the mechanism of complex product task decomposition and communication mechanism of networked collaborative design.Heterogeneous mechanism of network space,time sequence and the submission method of multi-user dynamic data are analyzed,a parametric collaborative design process model for multi-user based on MCSSMW is established.Parametric variant design technology is introduced and the ladle crane parametric collaborative design system for multi-user is developed combined with the characteristic of the high similarity of the large complex ladle crane structure.The effectiveness of the method is validated by taking the design process of trolley frame as an example.
