摘 要:船舶分段具有船体结构复杂、零件数量多等特点。为减少建造过程返工,提出基于HoloLens的船舶分段建造工艺信息AR引导方法。基于分段三维模型和工艺视图,建立面向AR引导的船舶分段建造过程工艺信息模型。基于标志物识别和SLAM定位技术,实现CAD三维模型与虚拟环境的坐标映射,并构建工艺过程信息的虚实融合AR引导模式和浏览模式,通过手势和语音控制分段建造过程的信息引导。开发了原型系统,经应用案例测试,验证了系统的有效性和应用价值。The hullstructure of ship block is complex and the number of its constituted components is very large.In order to reduce the rework in the ship block fabrication,an AR-assisted process guidance technique is proposed based on Microsoft HoloLens.First,according to the 3D model of blocks and the building process views,a process information model of ship block fabrication for AR-assisted assembly guidance is proposed.Then,based on the marker recognition and SLAM technology,the coordinate mapping between the 3D CAD model and the virtual environment is realized.Next,guiding mode and browsing mode of the mixed reality scene are constructed and,the assembly guidance forship block fabricationis given to the user by gesture and voice command.Finally,a prototype system is developed,andthe effectiveness and feasibility of the system is verified by a case study.
