摘 要:开发出一种结构简单,适用性好的用于小管径的U型换热铜管与翅片液压胀接装置。该装置利用液压进行胀管,不需要各种复杂的非标准件,通过O型密封圈进行密封,通过改变螺杆和管套的配合来实现不同长度管翅的胀接,不需要改变自身结构便能适用于不同尺寸的换热管与翅片,并以5 mm管径的U型无缝内螺纹换热铜管与亲水铝箔翅片为实验材料做了相关试验。试验研究表明,该装置与现有的液压胀接装置相比,结构简单,操作灵活方便,解决了小管径换热管与翅片机械胀接时所产生的铜管受力不均从而损坏翅片和折管等技术性难题;利用该装置对铜管和翅片进行液压胀接,在加载液压力值位于16 MPa^18 MPa之间时,铜管与翅片胀接效果良好,能满足空调换热器胀接的基本要求。A hydraulic expansion device for smaller diameter U-tube and fin in heat exchanger is developed with simple structure and good applicability.In this device,the tube is expanded by hydraulic pressure and is sealed by O-ring,which does not require complicated non-standard parts.The device is suitable for tubes and fins of various sizes without changing its own structure just by changing the fit of the screw and the sleeve.The 5 mm diameter inner grooved copper U-tube and hydrophilic aluminum foil fins are used as experimental materials.The experiment shows that compared with the existing hydraulic expansion device,the device is simple and flexible in structure,convenient in operation.In addition,technical problems such as the blockage and tending of the tube and the damage to the fin caused by uneven force on the tube during mechanical expansion are solved.The research shows that the tight connection between the tube and the fins can be achieved under the pressure of 16 MPa^18 MPa by the self-designed expansion device.Hence,the device can meet the basic requirements for expansion of air heat exchangers.
