舒正颗粒对初发2型糖尿病脾虚痰湿型患者胰岛素原的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察舒正颗粒对初发2型糖尿病脾虚痰湿型患者胰岛素原的影响。【方法】将60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规胰岛素泵强化治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加服舒正颗粒,疗程为2周。观察2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后30 min血糖(1/2hPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、胰岛素原(PI)、胰岛素原/胰岛素比值(PI/I)和中医证候总积分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的安全性。【结果】(1)与治疗前相比,治疗后,2组患者的FPG、1/2hPG、2hPG、PI水平和PI/I比值及中医证候总积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组的改善作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗期间,2组患者均未见明显不良反应情况发生。【结论】与单纯使用胰岛素泵强化治疗的对照组相比,舒正颗粒联合胰岛素强化治疗具有更加良好的降低血糖、改善胰岛功能和减轻胰岛素抵抗程度的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shuzheng Granules on proinsulin(PI)in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with the syndrome of phlegm and dampness due to spleen deficiency. Methods Sixty enrolled patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional insulin pump intensive treatment scheme,and the trial group was treated with oral use of Shuzheng Granules on the basis of the treatment for the control group. The treatment course for the two groups covered 2 weeks. Before and after treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),30-min postprandial blood glucose(1/2 hPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG), PI,and the ratio of PI to insulin(PI/I)as well as the total scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome in the two groups were measured. Meanwhile,the clinical safety in the two groups was also evaluated. Results(1)Compared with those before treatment, the postoperative FPG, 1/2 hPG, 2 hPG, PI, PI/I and the total TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were obviously improved(P<0.05),and the improvement effect in the trial group was superior to that in the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)During the treatment, no obvious adverse reaction occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Compared with the control group treated with insulin pump alone,the combined therapy of oral use of Shuzheng Granules and insulin pump intensive treatment has stronger effect on decreasing blood glucose,improving islet function and reducing insulin resistance.
