摘  要:混凝土结构在建造以及服役过程中不可避免地产生损伤积累、抗力衰减和性能退化。混凝土结构的长期性能是指结构在长期的荷载与环境耦合作用下,随时间推进表现出的具有时变性的功能或特性。结构长期性能反映了结构性能随时间的变化,是结构的综合性能。考虑了在环境侵蚀作用、反复作用、持续作用下混凝土结构的时变累积效应,总结了混凝土结构长期性能在服役全过程中的劣化规律,明确了在环境侵蚀作用、反复作用、持续作用下结构长期性能劣化的各极限状态准则,并基于结构设计现状总结了结构长期性能的分项系数设计法和全概率设计法的设计思路。Damage accumulation, resistance degradation and performance deterioration occur inevitably during construction and service life of concrete structures. Long-term performance of concrete structures refers to time-variant performance of structures with long-term load coupled with the environmental erosion. Long-term performance of concrete structure reflects the structural performance over time, which is the overall performance of the structure. The time-varying cumulative effects including environmental erosion action, repeated action and persistent action were considered, and the degradation rule of long-term performance of concrete structures during service was summarized. Based on the current status of structural design, the partial factor method and full probabilistic method of long-term structural performance were summarized.
