摘 要:方钢管剪力键在钢空腹夹层板的整体受力中起着重要作用。以工程实践为背景,对两个足尺方钢管剪力键节点试件进行了静力加载试验,得到了方钢管剪力键的屈服强度、强屈比以及延性系数。根据试件破坏模式确定了方钢管剪力键屈服状态时的控制截面,通过定义控制截面的有效受力区域,推导了方钢管剪力键抗剪承载力设计公式。与试验数据对比,结果表明,采用公式计算的T形钢肋方钢管剪力键和H形钢肋方钢管剪力键屈服承载力与试验结果误差分别为1.08%和6.7%。研究结论可为钢空腹夹层板的剪力键截面设计和加劲板尺寸的确定提供参考。The square steel tube shear key plays an important role in the overall stress of steel open-web sandwich plate. Based on the engineering practice, the static loading tests of two full-scale square steel tube shear key joints were carried out, and the yield strength, strength yield ratio and ductility coefficient of the square steel tube shear key were obtained. According to the failure mode of the test piece, the control section of the square steel tube shear key in the yield state was determined. By defining the effective bearing area of the control section, the shear capacity design formula of the square steel tube shear key was derived. Compared with the test data, the results show that the error between the yield capacity of the T-shaped rib square steel tube shear key and H-shaped rib square steel tube shear key calculated by the formula and the test results is 1.08% and 6.7% respectively. The research results can provide reference for the design of shear key section for steel open-web sandwich plate and the determination of stiffener size.
