摘　　要：新基建正在成为推动中国经济全面战略转型的新支点、新引擎。3月4日,中共中央政治局常务委员会会议强调,要加快5G网络、数据中心等新型基础设施建设进度。4月20日,国家发改委首次明确“新基建”范围,包括信息基础设施、融合基础设施、创新基础设施。5-6月,上海、北京等地相继发布各具城市特色的“行动方案”,并细化落实了推进单位或责任单位。由此,“新基建”引发了全社会的广泛关注。New capital construction is in essence a digital one and has brought along a window opportunity of transition and upgrade for the financial industry in the respects of ideas,business,technique and data.Dialogue ana-lyzes and interprets from different angles the realistic influence of the policy of new capital construction on the financial industry and the line of thinking of the next move.
