摘  要:【目的/意义】以大学生群体为研究对象,探究其心理健康信息需求触发所需要的条件及基本路径,从而为促进大学生心理健康知识自我学习以及高校心理健康信息服务优化提供支持。【方法/过程】根据用户信息需求层次理论,从大学生内在因素、联结因素以及情境因素三个方面进行建模,构建大学生心理健康信息需求触发机制的分析框架,应用一般自我效能量表、涉入度量表等方法设计问卷,对150位大学生进行问卷调查,再利用清晰集定性比较分析(csQCA)方法对调查结果进行整理分析。【结果/结论】得出在该分析框架下,大学生心理健康信息需求由内在需求转变为有意识需求的五种触发路径。【Purpose/significance】Taking college students as the object,this paper explores the conditions and basic paths required for triggering their mental health information needs,so as to support the promotion of college students’mental health knowledge self-learning and the optimization of college mental health information services.【Method/process】Triggered from the theory of user information demand level,and modeled from three aspects of college students’intrinsic factors,connection factors and situational factors,an analytical framework for the trigger mechanism of college students’mental health information needs was constructed,applying the general self-efficacy scale and involvement scale and other methods,a questionnaire was designed,150 college students were surveyed,and the survey results were sorted out and analyzed by clear-set qualitative comparative analysis(csQCA)method.【Result/conclusion】Under this analysis framework,five paths were triggered for college students’mental health information needs.
