技术资本化的路径探析——基于马克思资本逻辑的视角

摘　　要：技术包含了物质、智能和信息。物质层面,技术是物化的人工物;智能层面,技术是人的主观技术意向和客观科学原理的统一;信息层面,技术是人工物的具体工艺流程。技术与资本存在逻辑共契,技术通过"资本化"转化为技术资本。技术资本兼具技术的普遍特质和资本的一般属性,其目的是追求高效率与实现高增值,前提是技术成果成为商品,关键步骤是商品货币积累成资本。技术资本化则是遵循着马克思资本逻辑,在时间和空间上展开为三条具体路径:技术人工物的资本化、技术知识的资本化和技术专利的资本化。Technology covers three aspects: material, Intelligence and information. As to material, technology is a materialized man-made item. As to Intelligence, technology is the unity of man’s subjective technological intention and objective scientific principles. As to information, technology is the concrete technological process of man-made items. It is believed that there exists a logical integration between technology and capital, technology can be transformed into technological capital through capitalization. Technological capital has the universal characteristics of technology and the general attributes of capital. The purpose of technological capitalization is to pursue high efficiency and obtain high-added value, which is deeply rooted in human social practice. The premise of technological capitalization is that technological achievements become commodities, and the key step is to accumulate commodity currency into capital.The three levels of technology follow the development ofMarx’s capital logic in time and space, forming three specific paths of technology capitalization:the first one is the capitalization of technological products, the second is the capitalization of technological knowledge, the third is the capitalization of technology patents.
