摘 要:为满足某汽车驱动桥桥壳刚度、强度设计要求,根据该桥壳的实际受力特征,对其在不同工况条件下的刚度、强度进行有限元分析。在ANSYS workbench中,建立汽车驱动桥桥壳有限元模型、划分有限元网格、添加约束条件俺并施加约束;对不同工况下驱动桥桥壳应力和应变分布情况进行有限元仿真。结果表明,该驱动桥桥壳满足强度、刚度及变形量要求,为后续驱动桥优化设计提供对照标准。In order to meet the design requirements of stiffness and strength of an automobile drive axle housing,according to the actual stress characteristics of the axle housing,the stiffness and strength under different working conditions are analyzed by finite element method.In ANSYS Workbench,the finite element model of the automobile drive axle housing is established,the finite element mesh is divided,the constraint conditions are added and the constraints are imposed;the finite element simulation of the stress and strain distribution of the drive axle housing under different working conditions is carried out.The results show that the drive axle housing meets the requirements of strength,stiffness and deformation,which provides a reference standard for subsequent optimization design of drive axle.
