摘  要:某矿山运输道路有4.5 km地处山区,路况复杂,且弯道较多,道路狭窄,只能单向通行,对面通行车辆相遇后需倒车至避车位置让行,严重影响通行效率,存在很大安全隐患。针对狭窄道路通行预警的问题,开发设计了狭窄道路双向行车预警系统,以矿山运输道路安全通行为研究对象,通过车辆检测与方向判断,控制信号的无线传输,选择可靠的检测、控制、计算、传输装置,根据检测信号通过PLC控制器进行比较处理,达到安全行车控制的目的,最大程度提高车辆通行安全。系统投入运行后,行车安全得到保障,解决了单行道路行车无法提前避让的危险隐患。4.5 km of the haulage ways in a mine is in the mountainous area,the road conditions are complex,full of contours and narrow lanes that only allow for one-way traffic,in which situation the coming vehicles need to back off to avoid the confrontation.This seriously influences traffic efficiency and causes safety risks.In order for early warnings for narrow lane traffic,an early warning system for two-way traffic in narrow haulage ways is designed.And in the study of safe traffic deeds in mine roads,the wireless transmission of signals is controlled by vehicle detection and direction judgment while reliable detection,control,calculation and transmitters are selected.Based on the detection,the signals are compared by PLC controllers to reach the goal of safe traffic and maximize the safety of vehicle traffic.In the application of the system,the traffic safety is effectively guarateed and the safety risk that one-way traffic can t avoid confrontations in advance is solved.
