摘 要:氰渣属危险废物,为了综合利用氰渣,减少固废排放,采用闪速还原焙烧综合利用工艺回收氰渣中的有价元素,并实现工业化应用。氰渣先烘干脱水,经三级预热后进入还原焙烧反应炉,固气分离得到的焙烧矿冷却后炭浆提金银,浸渣磁选回收铁。工业应用结果表明:金浸出率66.70%、银浸出率54.38%,铁精矿铁品位58.32%、铁回收率84.46%,产率47.96%,指标良好。该技术是氰渣综合利用的一条新途径,经济效益和环境效益显著。Cyanide slag is dangerous waste.In order to comprehensively utilize cyanide slag,reduce solid waste discharge,valuable elements are recovered from cyanide slag with comprehensive utilization process of flash reducing roasting and its industrial application is promoted.The cyanide slag is dried and dewatered,preheated in 3 stages and then enters a reducing roasting reaction furnace,and solid-gas separation is carried out to obtain roasted ore.After the roasted ore cools down,gold and silver are leached.The iron in leaching slag is recovered by magnetic separation.The industrial application shows that the gold leaching rate is 66.70%,silver leaching rate is 54.38%,the iron grade in iron concentrates is 58.32%,and the iron recovery rate is 84.46%,and productivity is 47.96%.The index is good.This technology is a new way for comprehensive utilization of cyanide residue with great economic and environmental benefits.
