摘 要:针对高温超导磁通切换电机中交变的电枢反应磁场使得高温超导励磁线圈产生形变,致使高温超导励磁线圈发生物理性损坏,影响电机安全稳定运行这一问题,以静密封高温超导磁通切换电机为例,对其高温超导励磁线圈的匝间电磁力进行了研究。基于超导线圈分离模型,在计及迈斯纳效应和趋肤效应的条件下,提出了一种高温超导磁通切换电机中跑道型超导线圈直线部分以及弯曲部分的电磁力计算方法,并在此基础上计算了超导线材的匝间电磁力。匝间电磁力计算结果表明,超导线圈的最外匝线材受到的电磁力最小,但受到同一线圈中其余匝线材作用的合力最大。为验证理论分析的正确性,采用三维有限元分析法,进一步计算并得到了高温超导励磁线圈的匝间电磁力,有限元计算结果验证了该计算方法的正确性。The armature reaction magnetic field in the high-temperature superconducting(HTS)flux switching machine(FSM)generates the alternating electromagnetic force acting on the HTS excitation windings.Excessive electromagnetic force will not only cause deformation of the HTS coils,but may even lead to physical damage and affect the safe and stable operation of the HTS machine.To solve this problem,the electromagnetic force of the single turn of HTS coil was investigated by taking the HTS-FSM as an example.Based on the separation model of superconducting coil,considering the Meissner and the skin effects,a method for calculating the electromagnetic force of both the linear and curved part of racetrack type superconducting coil was proposed.And on this basis,the inter-turn electromagnetic force of the superconducting wires was calculated.The calculation results show that the outermost coil of the superconducting wires suffers the smallest electromagnetic force value,but the total force exerted on it by the other remaining turns of the same coil is the largest.In order to verify correctness of the theoretical analysis,three-dimensional finite element analysis(FEA)was used to further calculate and obtain the inter-turn electromagnetic force of the HTS excitation coil.The FEA results verify correctness of the proposed method.
