摘 要:传统的高功率因数双路输出电源由前级功率因数校正(power factor correction,PFC)变换器级联2个DC-DC变换器组成,系统复杂、成本高、体积大。提出一种双路恒流输出单级Cuk PFC变换器,并研究了其工作原理、控制策略和工作特性。该变换器通过使用单级PFC变换器的开关管复用技术复用了Boost PFC变换器和Buck DC-DC变换器的主开关管,又通过使用单电感多输出变换器的电感复用技术分时复用了输出电感,从而仅使用一级变换器同时实现了功率因数校正、低二倍工频输出电流纹波和双路输出电流可独立控制,减少了电感与控制器的数量,大幅降低了双路输出电源的体积和成本。最后通过搭建输出功率为18 W的高功率因数双路恒流输出LED驱动电路的实验样机验证了理论分析的正确性。The traditional dual-output power system with power factor correction(PFC)function is composed of pre-stage PFC converter and two independent DC-DC converters cascaded with pre-stage PFC converter,which leads to some problems such as high cost,big size,and so on.In order to solve these problems,the single stage Cuk PFC converterwith dual constant current outputs was proposed.The control strategy and operation characteristic of the proposed converter were studied.It multiplexes the main switch of Boost PFC converter and Buck DC-DC converter based on the switch-multiplexing technology,multiplexes the output inductor based on the inductor-multiplexing technology of single-inductor multi-output DC-DC converter.The proposed converter can realize high power factor,low twice line frequency output current ripple,and independent output current control of each output channel at the same time.With the support of the proposed converter,the number of inductors and controllers is reduced,the size and the cost of the converter are decreased.Finally,experimental prototype of a 18W LED driving circuit with high power factor was designed to validate the theoretical analysis.
