摘 要:S450AW是继Q450NQR1后新开发的屈服强度为450 MPa级的耐蚀铁路车辆用钢,为考察其主要性能指标——耐腐蚀性能,采用全浸试验、电化学测试和扫描电镜观察对比研究了耐蚀钢S450AW和Q450NQR1在饱和氧酸性环境介质中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:浸泡24 h,S450AW钢的平均腐蚀速率是Q450NQR1钢的43%,良好的耐蚀性能归功于其致密的腐蚀产物膜层和锑元素与其他耐蚀合金元素的综合作用。在饱和氧酸性介质中S450AW和Q450NQR1钢表面腐蚀产物膜层经过48 h浸泡达到稳定,致使S450AW和Q450NQR1的腐蚀速率均有所降低。S450AW is a new developed anti-corrosion steel with a yield strength of 450 MPa instead of Q450NQR1 that used in railway vehicles. In order to evaluate the corrosion resistance (main performance index),the corrosion behaviors of S450AW and Q450NQR1 in saturated oxygen acid medium were studied by immersion test,electrochemical measurement and scanning electron microscope observation.Results showed that the average corrosion rate of S450AW steel was 43% of that of Q450NQR1 steel after 24 h immersion,and the good corrosion resistance was due to its dense corrosion product film layer and the combination of antimony and anti-corrosion alloy elements in S450AW steel. Moreover,in saturated oxygen acid medium,the surface corrosion product films of S450AW and Q450NQR1 became stable after 48 h immersion,and therefore the corrosion rates of S450AW and Q450NQR1 both decreased.
