摘  要:为针对稳定性二氧化氯杀菌剂进行深入研究,通过杀菌剂工艺改进,研制了一种新型复合稳定性二氧化氯杀菌剂,并对其杀菌性能、腐蚀性、配伍性能及现场应用效果进行评价。结果表明:无机稳定剂的合成方法简单易行,二氧化氯的释放简单充分,但该方法形成的稳定性二氧化氯的稳定性较差;有机稳定剂合成法在二氧化氯的释放上比较困难;复合稳定性二氧化氯杀菌剂稳定性和二氧化氯的释放效率都比较优良。复合稳定性杀菌剂在低浓度(5~10 mg/kg)长时间内,可达到对硫酸盐还原菌及腐生菌的杀菌目的;杀菌剂在使用浓度范围内腐蚀性较低;杀菌剂具有良好的配伍性;现场使用杀菌效率接近90%,杀菌效果较好。Through the improvement of the bactericide process,a new compound stable chlorine dioxide bactericide was developed,and its bactericidal performance,corrosiveness,compatibility and field application effects were evaluated. Results showed that the synthesis method of inorganic stabilizer was simple and easy,and the release of chlorine dioxide was simple and sufficient,but the stability was poor;on the other side,the organic stabilizer synthesis method was difficult to release chlorine dioxide. Therefore,the stabile chlorine dioxide composite was superior in terms of stability and chlorine dioxide release efficiency. The compound stable fungicide could achieve the sterilization of sulfate-reducing bacteria and saprophytic bacteria in a low concentration (5-10 mg/kg) for a long time. Furthermore,the fungicide was less corrosive in the concentration range and had good compatibility. Finally,the on-site use sterilization efficiency was close to 90%,which had a good field application effect.
