摘　　要：目的:观察健骨丸结合局部热敷辅助常规内固定术治疗对踝关节骨折患者的疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年12月广元市中医院收治的踝关节骨折患者141例作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方案分为对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=72)。经过21 d的治疗,分析患者股转换标志物与血流变指标的变化。结果:经过治疗后2组患者中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、血液流变学指标、β-I型胶原羧基端肽(β-CTx)、N-端骨钙素(N-MID)、总Ⅰ型胶原氨基端延长肽(T-PINP)均较治疗前改善,其中观察组改善较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健骨丸结合局部热敷辅助常规外固定治疗对踝关节功能的恢复效果明显,大幅度减轻康复期患者伤口部位疼痛,对骨折所引起的骨质疏松与静脉血栓形成也起到了保护预防的作用。Objective:To observe the curative effects and related index changes of Jiangu Pill combined with local hot compress combined with conventional internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods:A total of 141 cases in Sichuan Guangyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,were divided into a bone-strengthening group(n=72)and a control group(n=69)according to different treatment schemes.After 21 days of treatment,the changes of femoral conversion markers and hemorheological indexes were clinically analyzed.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,VAS,hemorheological index,β-type I collagen carboxyl terminal peptide(β-CTX),N-terminal osteocalcin(N-MID)and total type I collagen N-terminal lengthening peptide(T-PINP)in the 2 groups were improved as compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangu Pill combined with local hot compress combined with conventional external fixation has obvious effects on the recovery of ankle function and greatly reduces the wound pain of convalescent patients.It also plays a role in the protection and prevention of osteoporosis and venous thrombosis caused by fracture.
