榄香烯注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的临床观察

摘　　要：对比重组人血管内皮抑制素联合顺铂与榄香烯注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的疗效。选取本院治疗的120例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组给予重组人血管内皮抑制素联合顺铂治疗,观察组给予榄香烯注射液联合顺铂治疗。对比两组有效率(RR)、疾病控制率(DCR)、生活质量(QOL)和Karnofsky评分、6个月TTP和不良反应。结果显示,治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组RR显著增高,DCR无显著改善,QOL和Karnofsky评分均显著改善,中位TTP显著延长;两组不良反应无差异。结果说明,榄香烯注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腹腔积液疗效优于重组人血管内皮抑制素联合顺铂。To compare the efficacy of recombinant human endostatin combined with cisplatin and elemene injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion.120 patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,60 in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human endostatin combined with cisplatin,and the observation group was treated with elemene injection combined with cisplatin.The RR,DCR,QOL and Karnofsky scores,6-month TTP and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results showed,after treatment,compared to the control group,RR in the observation group was significantly higher,DCR was not significantly improved,QOL and Karnofsky scores were significantly improved,and the median TTP was significantly prolonged,adverse reactions in the two groups were not statistically significant.In conclusion,elemene injection combined with cisplatin in the treatment of malignant pleural and peritoneal effusion is better than recombinant human endostatin combined with cisplatin.
